Creating your website or app is free. What we sell is what keeps it alive: a monthly hosting-and-maintenance subscription, which includes monitoring, security and small changes. The price depends on the connections to set up, not on the size of the project.

Three levels, the same for all Macklos products: the plan is what carries the support, monitoring and backups described in The Macklos standard.

* Text and images: you edit them yourself, without limit, from the administration interface provided with your site. The changes counted here cover everything else: layout, features, site improvements.

For a need that fits no plan, we work on time spent, always announced before we start.

Good to know
- All prices exclude VAT, for businesses (companies, shops, tradespeople, freelancers, associations) and individuals alike.
- The demo stays free. You see your website or app working before you commit; if it is not right, you owe nothing.
- The plan starts when you go live. It is billed monthly; after 12 months it stops whenever you like, at the end of the current month.
- Your website is yours. If you stop, you keep your website or app; files and data are handed over within ten days, free of charge.
- Third-party accounts are in your name. Stripe, Brevo, Apple (€99 a year) or Google (€25): we set them up, their fees, if any, remain yours.
- Studio services are paid on delivery up to €1,000 excl. VAT; above that, 40% on order and the balance on delivery. SaaS platforms: 40% on order, the balance at go-live.
- The content is yours. You provide the texts and photos; we can write them or point you to a photographer, as a Studio service or on time spent.
The questions we are asked
Why is creation free?
Because we build fast: our tools and fifteen years of method let us build a website in a few days. What we sell is what comes next: hosting, monitoring, security and small changes, in a simple subscription that commits us to looking after your website over time, rather than a creation invoice that commits you before you have seen the result.
What moves a project from Showcase to Pro?
Connections to outside services: online payments, bookings, mailing, invoicing, publication on the stores. A twelve-page website in three languages with no connection stays in Showcase; a single page with payments goes Pro.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing changes, except that you can stop whenever you like. If you stop, you keep your website and we hand over its files.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time, both ways: an added shop moves you to Pro, a removed connection takes you back to Showcase the following month.
