La Boîte à Bivouac: a configurator that draws the plans to your dimensions
La Boîte à Bivouac is a removable module that turns a trailer into a camping bed. Its website presents the product and offers a configurator: enter your trailer’s dimensions and receive a complete build file for free, to make yourself or hand to a welding workshop.
The challenge
Every trailer has its own dimensions. Drawing a plan by hand for each one would be impossible: the site had to produce an accurate build file by itself, from just a few measurements.
What we built
- A configurator: choose from surveyed trailers or enter dimensions freely, with size and volume shown instantly.
- Automatic generation: A3 build plan, 3D models in STEP and FreeCAD formats, cutting and shopping list, sent by email.
- A brand website: product presentation, optional equipment, FAQ, designed and made in Occitanie.
