Coudefeu: a restaurant’s whole service in one piece of software
Coudefeu is software for independent restaurants: restaurant website, online booking with no-show protection, floor plan, order taking on a phone, kitchen screens and till. It runs on the phones, tablets and computers the restaurant already has, with no hardware to buy.

The need
An independent restaurant often juggles a website, a booking tool, a notebook, paper tickets and a till that do not talk to each other. Each tool has its own subscription, and nothing flows from one to the next.
What we built
- Set up in under an hour: details, floor plan, menu imported from a photo by AI, team.
- Table service: order taking on a phone by course (starters, mains, desserts), even offline, kitchen screens per station with timers.
- Voice ordering: a dictated order becomes order lines, to approve before sending.
- Online presence: restaurant website generated automatically, cookie-free, bookings with a no-show risk score and waiting list.
- Security: randomly drawn PIN codes, data isolated between restaurants, encrypted backups.
What it shows
Coudefeu was designed and built by Macklos in stages that were delivered and tested. It proves that a small company can now build a complete SaaS platform, and it is the same method we apply to our clients’ projects.
