A first conversation, then something concrete
- We talk before we buildEverything starts with a meeting to understand your business, your needs, your goals and your expectations. Together we set out the broad lines of the project before getting started.
- We build a first versionWe quickly bring your website or app to life. You discover a first working version in a private, secure space, accessible from your computer or your phone.
- We iterate until you are satisfiedYou test, you share your feedback, we adjust. Design, content, features, navigation: every comment is taken into account. We move forward together, as many times as needed, until the result is right for you.
- We go liveWhen you are happy with the result, your site is ready to go into production. Going live is triggered when you subscribe to the Macklos platform. Your site then becomes public, and we look after it over time.
What we check before launch
The same list for every project, whatever its price.
- Readable. Usable on phone, tablet and desktop, in light and dark mode.
- Fast. Light pages, fitted images, no useless script, no downloaded font.
- Accessible. Contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text on images.
- Findable. Clear titles, structured data, sitemap, practical information that Google and AI assistants can cite.
- Tested. Forms and ordering flows tried end to end, protected against bots.
- Seamless. For a redesign, every old address known to Google is redirected to the new one.
- Compliant. Legal notice and personal data up to date, with no pointless cookie banner.
- Reviewed. By the machine, then by a human.
After launch, the platform keeps watch
Your site is never left on its own: it joins the Macklos platform, which follows every site and every product we have put online.
- Availability. Measured every minute; an availability report can be sent to you every month.
- Security. Certificates, platform updates, suspicious login attempts blocked.
- Backups. Regular, of your content as well as your data.
- Access log. You know who signed in to your admin area, and when.
- Your data. Hosted in France, it stays yours: full export on request.
Where do these standards come from?
Macklos was founded by Matthieu Mandagot, who has fifteen years of experience leading demanding technology projects. From embedded software in the A350 and A400M cockpits, subject to strict testing and validation protocols, to the complete overhaul of IT infrastructures (servers, storage, backups), by way of running operations at a connected-solutions company serving major accounts and leading projects at a software publisher.

What we commit to
- A first version to see within 5 working days. In a private space, with your real content.
- Defects fixed free of charge for 3 months. After launch, as soon as you report them.
- Your site belongs to you. Content, data and files: full export delivered on request.
- We only promise what we measure. Availability figures come from the Macklos platform, not from a brochure.
